Updating WhatsHalal app to get HalalonClick updates

Beginning 1st September 2018, HalalonClick will become part of WhatsHalal. Therefore, there are changes to the way the app will work.

Here’s what to expect for both HalalonClick and WhatsHalal users and New users too, from 1st September 2018.

  1. HalalonClick users who did not migrate to new system on 22nd June 2018.
    • You do not have an account on the new HalalonClick. You must create a new account on WhatsHalal here.
  2. HalalonClick users that do not have a WhatsHalal account.
    • HalalonClick never had a consumer app. All orders were done on the website at halalonclick.com. HalalonClick users will now be redirected to https://app.whatshalal.com. There are no changes to your account.
    • Similary, you can use your HalalonClick account to order on the WhatsHalal consumer app. You can download the app here for iOS or Android from 1st September 2018.
  3. HalalonClick users who also have a WhatsHalal account.
    • Your WhatsHalal account might not work as expected.
    • You must use your HalalonClick user account to login to the updated WhatsHalal app.
    • If you forgot your password, please reset it here.
    • If you forgot your email account, please create a new account here.
  4. WhatsHalal users that had registered a mobile number and who do not have a HalalonClick account.
    • If you have not updated the app, you will not be able to make any new orders. Please update the app first.
    • You will not be able to login as the passwords have been locked. You will need to reset the password.
    • Reset your password here.
  5. WhatsHalal users who did not register a mobile number.
    • If you have not updated the app, you will not be able to make any new orders. Please update the app first.
    • Your account was not migrated as we need a mobile number.
    • Create a new account here.
  6. WhatsHalal users that used Facebook Login.
    • If you have not updated the app, you will not be able to make any new orders. Please update the app first.
    • We don’t allow Facebook Login in the new app.
    • If you had registered a mobile number before, refer to point 4.
    • If you had not registered a mobile number before, refer to point 5.
  7. New Users.
    • On 31st August 2018, all new registrations on the WhatsHalal app will be blocked.
    • On 1st September 2018, new WhatsHalal users will be able to create a new account here or on the app in iOS or Android.

Remember, the app updates will happen on 1st September 2018. Till then, you can make an order at https://app.whatshalal.com.
